Dylan Williams

Dylan Williams joined the HMN Team in July, 2022. Prior to joining HMN Dylan represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters ranging from mass torts, catastrophic trucking accidents, and complex product liability cases. He is experienced in nearly every phase of civil litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery and depositions, dispositive motions, mediation and settlement conferences, trials, and appeals. Dylan was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2022.

Dylan was born and raised in Southern Oregon. He graduated from Ashland High School, and attended college at the University of Oregon before transferring to the University of Hawaii at Hilo, where he graduated with highest honors. Dylan attended The George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C. During law school he externed for US District Court Judge Owen M. Panner and US Magistrate Judge Mark D. Clarke.

Dylan was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012. He has practiced primarily out of the San Francisco Bay Area, and has appeared in courts throughout Northern and Southern California. He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2021.

Outside the courtroom Dylan enjoys cycling, surfing, and exploring the great outdoors.
