Ashley L. Rivkin

Glendale, California
Ashley L. Rivkin was raised in San Diego, California and attended the University of Arizona, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2015. She graduated Cum Laude after living in Prague for her final semester. Ashley moved to Los Angeles to attend Southwestern Law School, where she developed her skills and discovered her love of advocating for those who traditionally lack access to justice. She first learned the importance of fighting for innocent victims who have been injured by forces beyond their control while working in the Sex Crimes Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, a passion that drives her legal practice today.

Ashley dedicates her current practice to fighting for railroad employees, and victims of negligence. She brings the skills she learned as the Chair of Southwestern’s Trial Advocacy Honors Program, as well as her experience working as an intern for the Honorable Kathleen Kennedy, and extern for the Honorable Mark E. Windham in the Los Angeles Superior Court to advocate for those injured by large corporate defendants.

Ms. Rivkin is the co-author of a PIABA Bar Journal article, Private Right of Action for Financial Elder Abuse, a 50-state survey of financial elder abuse laws and remedies.
