Metrolink: Glendale, California - January 16, 2005 - Two Metrolink passenger trains collided, and as a result derailed. Eleven people were killed and over 100 people were injured, about 40 seriously. We represented and continue to represent numerous victims of this accident. Based on our expertise, the court appointed us to the Plaintiff's Steering Committee in these cases.

Metrolink: Placentia, California - April 23, 2002 - A BNSF Railway freight train collided head-on with a Metrolink train in Placentia. Two people died in the crash and 72 were seriously injured. We represented more victims of this accident than any other law firm and, based on our expertise, the court also appointed us to the Plaintiff's Steering Committee in these cases.

AMTRAK: Kingman, Arizona - August 9th, 1997 - Traveling at more than 90mph, the Amtrak Southwest Chief was derailed on a bridge which had been partially swept away in a flash flood. Out of the 309 people on the train, 116 suffered injuries. We represented many of the victims.

AMTRAK: Mobile, Alabama - September 22, 1993 - 47 people were killed near Mobile, Alabama, when a tugboat smashed into a river bridge, causing it to collapse as an Amtrak train was passing over. We represented many of the victims.

AMTRAK: Stockton, California - December 20, 1989 - Three people dead and dozens were injured when a the driver of the truck, which an AMTRAK train collided with a truck carrying chocolate syrup for a Hershey plant. We represented over two dozen victims of this accident.
