Carole Bosch is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience working for the courts. Before finding her niche representing plaintiffs in personal injury, product liability, and toxic exposure cases, Carole served as an intern to the Honorable Claudia Wilkin in District Court and as an extern and annual attorney at the California Supreme Court. Her court experience, coupled with her background as a writer, have made her adept at turning complex cases into compelling, personal stories that resonate with jurors. Carole’s work has also contributed to significant appellate opinions advancing the rights of victims.

Carole was born and raised in the Loire Valley in France. She moved to California for college and graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She attended graduate school at the Shakespeare Institute, University of Birmingham, England before returning to California, where she worked in publishing and advertising for a few years. She has dedicated her legal practice to representing victims of negligence.

Carole is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys (ARLA), and the Alameda-Contra-Costa Trial Lawyers’ Association (ACCTLA)
